Collection of spa cups Cucej

The project Cucej aimed at a traditional Czech phenomenon of porcelain spa cups and a spa environment in general. This design collection communicates with the current porcelain production and at the same time it represents new visual and functional approaches. The cup designs reflect methodology of designer’s work, accentuate their optimal function and product’s comfortable usability, visual quality and shape invention, with respect to selected technology and its potential for industrial production. The project Cucej was realised in collaboration with company Haas and Czjzek 1792 a.s. and it was presented at a design exposition Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven and later at the Prague International Design Festival Designblok in Prague within the Industrial Design Studio installation which received the Best School Presentation Award.
